As a face to face fundraiser for Gondwana Rainforest Trust, you’ll engage with potential supporters, educate them about our organisation's mission and values, and inspire them to make a meaningful contribution to our cause.

We protect and restore rainforest for wildlife, climate, people, and the planet. Since 2018 we’ve successfully purchased and protected 31 vulnerable Daintree Rainforest plots and restored degraded habitat in the Byron Shire and further afield.

We’re a growing team and have ambitious growth plans to ensure even more precious rainforest is protected and rehabilitated. We’re looking for people who are confident, outgoing, and love to meet new people. You don't need any previous fundraising experience - we’ll provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills and become an expert in your field. What we do require is a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.

You’ll work in a supportive and collaborative team environment, where you’ll receive ongoing training and support to help you achieve your goals. You’ll also have the chance to work with a diverse range of people from all walks of life, and to make a real impact. Fundraising takes place across the Byron Shire at various locations including on the street, markets and festivals so you must own your own transport.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Part-time hours: 15-25 per week

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Benefits**:
