Help TCS create Final Training Plan for all Lines of Business Migrating to TCS.
- Validate the training plan that is designed by TCS seed team and ensure that relevant learning is imparted to TCS employees.
- Travel to delivery location for training the master classes (Train the Trainer) and OJT (On The Job Training) & ramp of initial batches.
- Oversee delivery of train the trainer of all LOB's and ensure complete and seamless transfer of knowledge for each LOB.
- Validating the process and system navigation knowledge of TCS trainers is required.
- Work with TCS Delivery Head on planning, coordinating and executing transfer of processes ensuring quick speed to competency with minimum disruption
- Work with the TCS training and delivery team as Subject Matter Expert (SME) during the pilot batch "Go Live" and volume ramp up phase.
- Help build Subject Matter Experts (SME's) in TCS that have the process/coaching skills to help and support upcoming batches in TCS.
- Help track training/competency gaps that exist in TCS pilot batch and ensure that relevant learnings are provided to TCS training team for closure of the gaps.
- Support TCS Delivery Manager in continuous improvement work on all enablement channels, including training design and performance on all metrics.
- Post Ramp Up - work in ensuring a stable setup.
- Content Creation and Updates to LMS and Knowledge base
- Partner with TCS Automation team on implementing Automation Initiatives and Testing
