**About the role at AGL**
A full-time permanent Payroll Specialist role has become available at AGL. Based in Sydney, the Payroll Specialist supports the day-to-day execution and delivery of all payroll operational activities for assigned payroll areas. Key to success will be the ability to facilitate high quality payroll outcomes by following processes that are consistent, predictable, and productive.
**Seniority**
**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Problem Identification - Identify the problems and needs of key stakeholders to guide data analysis
- Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with stakeholders to understand specifications, business requirements, and communicate insights
- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
