Place Bulimba is evolutionary and continually looks at their people & teams to optimise performance, productivity & development, therefor we can excitedly bring to the market a newly created role to join of one Place’s top teams as their Team Administration Support.
Reporting to the Team Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the teams’ listings activity from listed to settled. Due to the high volume of work, you will need to have impeccable time management and organisational skills to manage the listing activities, but don’t worry as you will have the support of your Team Manager behind you.
You will be coached and nurtured to be an administration superstar and grow as the team grows
Your duties will include but are not limited to;
- Doing administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity;
- Preparing and processing of form 6’s and contracts
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials as well as proofing material with absolute accuracy;
- Team website management
- Database & calendar management
- Manage the weekly team meeting agenda, minutes & action items
- Step into the capacity as Team Manager when they are on leave, ensuring to keep the team accountable and manage vendor communications

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 12 months administration experience (Real Estate or a high-volume industry experience is preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Be a big team player, looking to go the extra mile
- Professional presentation & strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
