Agent Support

This role will be a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is administratively focused and driven to get their introduction to the Real Estate Industry. You will be a pivotal team member to the offices success as you’ll work as an internal support for a number of agents to ensure that they can focus on listing and selling property.
**What a day in the life could look like**:
- Doing administration functions to support the appraisal, listing, marketing and sales activity
- Greet and provide exceptional customer service to all clients and colleagues both in person and over the phone
- Database and calendar management
- Weekly vendor communication reports
- Receive and delegate all incoming calls with knowledge and confidence
- Communicate and maintain relationships with regular trades and suppliers
- Ensure the meeting rooms and communal areas are kept clean and presentable
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a previous administration role would be highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - attention to detail
- Experience using Office 365 necessary, with experience in CRM software advantageous
- Have the ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease
- Professional presentation
- Ability to adapt and be flexible to changing timelines / requirements
