**Job Summary**:
The position of Project Reporting Analyst is a member of the Group IT Governance team, which creates, leads and champions governance and controlling functions related to the execution of the Optus portfolio of strategic priorities to achieve Optus vision. The Project Reporting Analyst supports the Dashboard Reporting Manager and Senior Director Governance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role will work closely with the Dashboard Reporting Manager to help deliver the following:

- Alignment of governance reporting to organisational objectives.
- Creation of key Group IT Project portfolio reports including providing insights on portfolio progress
- Analysis of project metrics identifying variance and exception reporting
- Provide ad-hoc reports as requested
- Raise and escalate issues affecting governance and reporting as appropriate.
- Role model the Optus values and behaviours

**Experience and Qualifications**:

- Ability to gather information from various sources to create different types of dashboards for different
- Tertiary qualifications equivalent experience in IT, Project Delivery and Project Governance Reporting
- Audiences and escalate relevant issues to superior
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a variety of different environments and respond appropriately to unexpected circumstances and deal with ambiguity in an appropriate and decisive manner.
- An understanding of Project Delivery using Waterfall & Agile Methodology
