Morwell, Australia Primacy Care Australia Full time

We are seeking an energetic, passionate and highly committed individual to support our participant in Morwell.

Our participant would like support with transportation to Cranbourne (2 to 3 times per week), meal prep and social and community participation. Support sessions will involve going for walks and general companionship. **Support sessions will take place 4 to 6 days per week for 4 hours per session. These shifts will be on a weekly basis.**

You must also have/be willing to obtain for the following:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children's Check
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Car and valid driver’s license

In addition to this, you must be willing to commit to a roster of a minimum of 20 hours per week with other participants.
