**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
We are seeking an individual to join our Service Agreement team to assist in coordinating the creation of Service Agreements and Service bookings for existing and new clients. The responsibilities of the position include:

- Create Service Agreements (SAs) for internal clients, as directed by Client Services’ Support Coordinators, Team Leaders and Managers.
- Create Service Agreement quotes, and drafts as requested.
- Follow up on the signing of SAs, according to specified process and time frames.
- Create Service Bookings from current SAs.
- Liaise with Scheduling Team when SA is made current, to update the group event in Skedulo.
- Build professional working relationships with all stakeholders (clients, families, advocates etc.), aiming to develop them over time and proactively engaging in promoting active communication of information. Always seeking to facilitate negotiation of mutual benefit outcomes when potential conflict arises.

- Experience working in a similar role in the Disability sector.
- Sound understanding of the complex needs of people with disabilities
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise, co-ordinate and organise own work.
- Ability to collaborate between other internal stakeholders.
