Our LEGO® Certified Store in Sydney is looking for a new energetic Visual Merchandising & Inventory Manager. The store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard-to-find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities. Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network and the home of LEGO® in Sydney.
- **Your Role**:_

As a Visual Merchandising & Inventory Manager at LEGO Certified Stores you are responsible for all aspects of managing inventory to maximise sales, maintain back of house standards and ensure smooth operations at a store level overall. You will work in conjunction with the store management team to create an exceptional experience for our customers through the seamless execution of replenishment, stock-to-floor turn around, store standards, VM, team training and ship from store fulfilment. Your success is the success of the person sitting next to you. You are clear on what success looks likes in your role and how displaying our values every day plays a key part in your success and the success of your team.

This role will involve 5:00am starts and early finishes.

- **To be successful for this role**:_
- Previous experience in inventory management role(s) with a high-volume retailer.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- A proven track-record of achieving processing targets and working within timeframes.
- Experience in executing and maintaining strict visual merchandising standards.
- Exceptional organisational skills - understanding ways to improve workflow and make process more efficient.
- A strong understanding on effective communication and how to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
