**About the Role**:
As a Team Leader, you'll have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills by mentoring a small team. Your primary responsibility will be maintaining garden and turf sites within the Kensington area, catering to clients ranging from tertiary education institutions to local government bodies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintenance of green spaces, including tasks like hedging, whipper snipping, push mowing, zero turn operations, and spraying.
- Implementation of horticultural best practices for plant and turf care.
- Regular assessment of plant health and landscape conditions.
- Providing recommendations for landscaping improvements.
- Contribution to the overall environmental sustainability of the grounds.
