This is your chance to step into a Financial Services industry - Specifically the Superannuation Domain which focuses on helping Australians securing their financial wellbeing.
- You will lead a team to maintain the ongoing operations of the SuccessFactors platform and manage the configuration and release of new functionality into the People Systems ecosystem by.:
- Forward planning the release windows and cycles across a portfolio
- Communicating release details and schedules to the Business as required
- Leading and co-ordinating the Go-Live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.
- Developing scripts and automation tools used to build, integrate, and deploy software releases to various platforms
- Maintaining a release repository and manages key information such as build and release procedures, dependencies, and notification lists

**A little bit about you**
- Demonstrated experience of leading medium sized teams
- Change Management experience
- Knowledge of different project methodologies eg. Agile, Waterfall, Lean/Six Sigma
- Extensive years of experience in People & Culture and in systems support
- ITIL certification is highly desirable
