**The Opportunity**

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual within the City Growth and Development department.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide general administrative support and assistance to the Manager City Growth and Development, Leadership team and all areas of the City Growth and Development department.
- Assist in identifying systems and process improvements to improve the efficiency and functionality of the administration of the department.

**About you**

**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Post-Secondary qualification in administration (below diploma level) or relevant administrative experience working in Local Government.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to gain cooperation and assistance from other employees and the public.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Current valid Victorian Driver’s Licence.
