The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Junior Project Administrator to join our team based in West Perth, WA. Reporting to the Project Delivery Manager and part of the wider Fugro team, we are looking for someone with enthusiasm and a drive to learn.
- Coordinating project administrative tasks to assist project teams in a proactive and process-driven manner
- Providing support and assistance during the project life cycle, including organizing meeting minutes, formatting reports, document creation, etc.
- Compiling of tender documents and ensuring that all mandatory documents are updated for full tender support
- Supporting other administrative roles in the business when required
