UniMelb Talent Acquisition is in search of a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor, equipped with a stellar track record in end-to-end recruitment. This is a hybrid work environment position - 3 days per week at the Parkville Office.

**About you**
Fueled by a passion for knowledge, coupled with your adept skills in influence, you will contribute industry expertise and a consultative mindset to comprehend the unique business requirements.
- You've successfully handled recruitment from start to finish, showing your ability to navigate the process and supporting the stakeholders during the implementation of changes.
- You're comfortable using recruitment tracking systems, and other online systems for job posting.
- If you have experience in academic or education field recruitment, that's a big plus for us, but not mandatory.
