The Team and your new role

Join a supportive team of OHS professional's working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting the Royal Melbourne Hospital We support the RMH by implementing a culture where safety is integral to the way we perform our work. Our team facilitate hazard identification, incident investigations, and risk assessments to identify sources of risk. We coach business units on learnings to prevent injuries and deliver face-to-face Manual Halding Training. You will be supported with a hybrid work environment - 4 days contact per week in the office / with a 1 day per week option to WFH. You will accrue 1 accrued day off (ADO) per month, have access to Salary Packaging benefits and 5 weeks annual leave

About You

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety. Proven experience providing advice on a broad range of OHS matters in a complex and diverse work environment. Energetic, self-motivated OHS professional with the ability to work in a dynamic team setting. Effective at influencing and coaching a wide variety of stakeholders. Ability to walk distances as the office is located 800m from the hospital.
