In Institutional Banking and Markets (IB&M), our purpose is to combine global connectivity and capability to build a better Australia. IB&M Tech drives the creation of digital end-to-end customer experiences. We partner with our global clients to support them create new business opportunities, from banking and trading to environmental strategies.

**Do work that matters**

Reporting to the Senior Manager Workforce Planning, you will be responsible for supporting the IB&M technology teams in all aspects of workforce planning and administration. Your ability to adapt to change, show initiative and engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and the broader team will give you the best chance of thriving in this role.

**We are seeking people who**:

- Are able to Complete periodic analysis on proposed spend, recommend outcomes and identify improvement opportunities
- Can conduct reconciliations around financial recoveries versus spend at product and project levels.
- Do research and data analysis on existing operational processes to inform process improvement initiatives using the process management disciplines.
- Can identify opportunities for continuous improvement in existing processes.
- Can identify risks and escalate potential risks.
- Support the removal of potential process, performance and quality bottlenecks.
Maintain a focus on specific customer needs and the intended project outcomes.
- Support the coordination of other items such as office relocation, desk allocation, off sites, and IBM Tech wide events
- Adhere to the Code of Conduct. The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people
