**About YOU**:
We are looking for a professional with great interpersonal skills who can handle multiple priorities to join their close knit, collaborative team.
**Duties include but are not limited to**:
- General administration, data entry and adhoc support
- CRM data base management, updating member details and calling members
- Excellent phone manner - all members who are claiming under this insurance are off work due to injury in an accident - clear, empathic verbal skills are required
- Ability to understand the insurance policy cover and communicate that when required
**To be successful you will have**:
- **The ability to commence in this role January 4th, no notice periods please**:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Insurance Administration role
- Some Excel skills may be helpful (but not mandatory)
- High level organisational and customer service skills
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experienced using CRM databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements
