We're the people behind 9 successful venues—restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafes—in the heart of Sydney including the hatted RAFI North Sydney, The Butler Potts Point, Bopp & Tone, Forrester’s Surry Hills plus more. - Maintain a sparkling oasis of cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
- Teach and inspire your dedicated staff, nurturing their skills to create consistently extraordinary customer experiences and crafting cocktails that leave an indelible mark.
- Collaborate with our visionary management team to set financial goals, orchestrate budgetary crescendos, and analyse sales symphonies that elevate the venue to new heights of success.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of industry innovations, experimenting with avant-garde techniques and emerging products to elevate our bar offerings to the level of pure magic.

We're in search of a seasoned Beverage Manager, with a track record of excellence, ideally in a high-volume cocktail setting. Your qualifications should include:

- A wealth of knowledge in the realms of mixology, spirits, and wine, coupled with a knack for crafting one-of-a-kind, irresistible cocktails.
- A powerhouse of leadership, possessing the ability to galvanize and ignite a diverse team to reach new heights.
- A virtuoso in the art of customer service and interpersonal finesse, radiating a friendly and welcoming aura.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing inventory, analysing sales data, and controlling costs.
- A tech-savvy individual who is familiar with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar-related software.
- A Hospitality professional, ready to embrace the demands of weekends and evenings.
- Possession of the requisite certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol, as a testament to your commitment to safety and excellence.
