This Venue Manager role will have full accountability of our RAFI restaurant, reporting directly to the Precinct General Manager.

  • 200seat premium restaurant and terrace cocktail bar with panoramic views of the wave garden and board riders.
  • Much like our North Sydney venue, the menu will celebrate freshness and seasonality, with a focus on responsibly sourced seafood, vegetables, grassfed beef and lamb, all prepared over a charcoal grill to enjoy shared.


Applejack aims to create a hospitality precinct never experienced before in Western Sydney and we are looking for a proven Venue Manager to execute the pre-opening of this premium dining restaurant.
