We're the people behind 9 successful venues—restaurants, bars, pubs, and cafes—in the heart of Sydney including the hatted RAFI North Sydney, The Butler Potts Point, Bopp & Tone, Forrester’s Surry Hills plus more. And guess what? Our biggest project yet, URBNSURF Sydney, is making waves in Autumn 2024

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive beverage programs, including menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities, in collaboration with senior management and individual venue managers.
- Oversee beverage procurement, inventory management, and supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Lead beverage training and development initiatives for staff members, including bartenders, servers, and management, to enhance product knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques.
- Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for menu innovation, revenue optimization, and operational efficiency improvements.
- Maintain high standards of beverage presentation, quality, and consistency across all venues, conducting regular inspections and quality assurance checks.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to create engaging beverage-related promotions, themed nights, and special events to attract and retain customers.

We're in search of a seasoned Beverage Manager, with a track record of excellence. Your qualifications should include:

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in beverage management roles, preferably within the hospitality or food and beverage industry.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing beverage programs that drive revenue growth and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a collaborative work environment, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- In-depth knowledge of beverage products, trends, and industry regulations, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and beverage management software.
