**THE ROLE**

The role of the Sales Coordinator is to provide support to your line manager, National Team members, and the broader CCEP state field sales team on all matters relating to Field Sales support processes, policies and systems. In this role, your attention to detail and strong customer service focus is critical to your success.

**KEY RESPONSIBLITIES**
- Prioritising conflicting demands from multiple stakeholders and business units
- Proactively looking for better ways to improve business processes
- Working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve team goals and deliver on a business result
- Providing admin support to Field Sales teams/Head Office Leadership Team as required
- Collaboratively sharing business knowledge, information, and ideas with those around you to support a consistent approach
- Communicating in a highly professional manner with both customers and internal stakeholders
- Deliver on aligned SLA on all customer and stakeholder support requests
- Managing Tool of Trade processes for new starters
- Prioritising you work demands to ensure your personal development is a key focus and time spent regularly on development activities

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Experience in building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders;
- Previous experience in fast paced administration roles
- Showcased responsibility and accountability for successfully completing objectives
- Demonstrated an ability to work autonomously with urgency
- An ability to learn and adapt to new software programs
- Tableau reporting and review
- A high level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and influencing skills
