The Sales Team is in a growth phase so your design and documentation skills will be key to ensuring all project and product design work is delivered accordingly.

**Position Purpose**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Manage Social Media activities on multiple platforms, engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.
- Analyse marketing data to measure campaign success and identify areas of improvement.
- Support Sales team by providing marketing material, sales collateral, and develop product information
- Customer database maintenance
- Coordination of project files and maintenance of file data
- Lead coordination and monitoring of tender opportunities
- Notation and circulation of meeting minutes
- General administrative tasks as requested

**Required Skills**:

- Display excellent customer service, presentation and communication skills
- Advanced skills in all MS Office Suite programs
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative suite and Canva
- Proven writing and wordsmithing skills (not AI) to create engaging marketing material.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Display understanding of specific business services provided and ability to match these to customer needs.
- Ability to integrate business communications, content and marketing material with brand consistency and synergy.
- Proactive and thorough approach to work, with a desire to learn and develop.
- Ability to work as part of a team, however take responsibility for your own contributions.

This position is office based, full time Monday to Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm. The role is ideal for someone who can work both autonomously and within a team. Previous experience related to the position responsibilities of this role will be viewed favourably.

Ideally our new team member would have at least two years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. Experience in sales or construction administration roles and an evident passion for the playground or landscaping industries will also be highly regarded.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
