With big growth plans for 2023 and beyond in the pipeline, this leading installer of residential and commercial solar energy systems specialises in connecting people and businesses with affordable and environmentally sustainable energy.

Now as one of Australia’s Top 10 solar power installers, this business is experiencing rapid growth and has a newly created opportunity for an Installations Coordinator to join the Operations team.

Reporting directly to the Installations Manager, this role will oversee and ensure effective daily and weekly stock movement and procurement. We therefore require a highly organised and driven individual with high attention to detail. You will be a capable mutlitasker and have the ability to identify issues before they arise.

**Key responsibilities of the position include**:

- Coordinate and carry out all stock fulfillment, allocation and tracking of stock across multiple warehouse locations.
- Review and forecast stock movements to ensure effective and timely stock allocation.
- Consult and nurture relationships with wholesalers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate Installations with the Installations Manager
- Review Installations (pre and post)
- Handle complaints/issues efficiently and professionally

**Work experience and skills**:

- Experience dealing with stock
- Solar Industry experience preferred, but not essential
- Problem solving, decision making and organisational skills
- Ability to analyse data and strong attention to detail
- Tech savvy with a can do attitude
- Ability to work in a team environment, but has the ability to self lead

On offer is a base salary of $70k + super, plus entry into a progressive business that is showing no signs of slowing down.
