A full-time position for administrative assistant duties exists with one of our clients on the Sunshine Coast.

Based in Sippy Downs, this role would suit someone who can manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude and works well under pressure.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a trusted and well-known brand and start ASAP.

Your duties will include:

  • Administration duties, including answering telephone calls and directing calls to appropriate people and data entry
  • Managing client requests including coordinating any amendments or changes
  • Maintain stock including inventory and stock control
  • Other administrative tasks and providing general administrative support as required
  • Diary and Scheduling coordination between sales, warehouse and delivery drivers

To be considered for this role you will:

  • Have prior experience in a similar role
  • Possess advanced written English language and numeracy skills
  • Possess aboveaverage literacy skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in a high volume fastpaced environment
  • Have a highly developed ability to prioritise and be capable of meeting deadlines
  • Possess the ability to work as a team and autonomously as the occasion may call for
  • Be able to demonstrate a committed, proactive and serviceorientated approach to work.
You must be available to start ASAP and have proven experience in a similar role.

Interviews commence this week with a shortlist being finalised mid-next week.
