You are an experienced people leader with outstanding communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills and a passion for uplifting team performance. Your experience running large, fast paced operational and/or call centre teams, including operational performance and strategic planning will be critical for your success in this role and your growth mindset and focus on continuous improvement will see you thrive.
- Bachelor of Finance, Business, Accounting, Criminology - or similar
- Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS): CAMS Certification
- Active Operational Management (AOM) - or similar

As a **Manager Fraud Operations** you’ll get to:

- Be part of the Fraud Operations leadership team, responsible for leading a large team that helps to protect our customers and communities from Financial Crime.
- Shift between regulatory and industry engagement, projects, staff queries, complex escalations and other areas of focus throughout the day.
- Improve the performance of the team through coaching, operational and strategic planning, rule management and continuous improvement
- Grow a happy and engaged team who are autonomous and empowered to fulfil their roles in the most effective and efficient way.

This is a full time, permanent position which can be based in Bendigo, Melbourne or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, and a hybrid model of two days in a local Head Office per week.
