**About the Role**

We are seeking an Academic Services Officer to join our busy UniSA Creative, Program Services team. This position is responsible for undertaking administrative activities associated with the delivery of the Academic Unit’s programs and its teaching activities.

This key role will see you liaising with students, producing non-standard study plans (in consultation with academic staff), and providing support for class scheduling and result entry.

Above all, you will contribute to the UniSA Creative team culture of customer service and continuous improvement, whilst displaying UniSA core values at all times.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Post-secondary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
- Previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service
- Proven organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction
