**Hudson RPO** is thrilled to invite you to express your interest to join an established and high performing national team to lead the NSW,VIC, TAS & NZ region partnering with our client, a manufacturing and industrial technology innovator, Komatsu.

In this role you will manage a small team of 2 (an admin and a blue-collar talent partner) own a portfolio of senior and more complex roles and drive strategic talent acquisition initiatives. This is a client-facing role that will see you collaborate with a range of business stakeholders at the most senior levels in the organisation whilst remaining hands-on and helping to shape a best in class talent acquisition approach. Critical to your success will be the development of a close working partnership between your team and your region's HR community and key client stakeholders.

Operating both strategically and tactically, you will add value beyond the recruitment process, delivering bespoke talent acquisition solutions for this client. You are an experienced talent acquisition professional with strength in industrial, mining or manufacturing recruitment. Additionally, you are a strong problem solver who can influence and implement directives with a proven track record in partnering with senior leaders and quickly becoming a trusted advisor and expert in strategic and operational recruitment.

Please note this role is located in Fairfield and will require you to be onsite 4-5 days per week._**

**What you will be doing**:

- Ensuring your region delivers a high level of performance and strong commercial outcomes
- Contributing to the strategy for your region
- Holding the relationships with the most senior stakeholders within the business, advising and guiding on all things Talent Acquisition, building a cohesive, trusted and aligned partnership between Hudson RPO and the client
- Creation and execution of a best in class TA approach, delivering on the overarching strategic direction to hire the very best talent in the most effective and efficient way whilst promoting a diverse and inclusive hiring practice
- Active, end to end recruitment of your own, predominantly senior corporate, portfolio
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement opportunities and sharing market insights, emerging trends and TA outcomes that engage your key stakeholders, drive better conversations and enable you and your team to add value as a trusted partner and beyond the recruitment process

**Who you are**:

- An experienced TA professional from the industrial or mining sector, ideally from an RPO function
- An exceptional communicator you have the style and gravitas to collaborate with and effectively influence leaders across the client's business
- A strong people leader, you have a proven track record in motivating, supporting and developing your team
- Results driven, you are all about outcomes and exceeding targets and providing continuous improvements to the business
- Commercially focused with strong business acumen and proven capability in managing a successful recruitment program
- You are energised to take on this challenging new role, you are positive and passionate about RPO and the amazing impact an onsite solution can deliver for our clients. You focus on adding value and delivering results
