Looking for a new Talent Acquisition opportunity in 2023? We’re looking for a **Talent Acquisition Manager** to design and drive an enhanced Talent Acquisition Strategy for the ING Australia business for 2023 and beyond as we continue to navigate the evolving nature of markets and workplaces.

Our team of highly regarded ING Talent Acquisition Consultants working in partnership with Randstad SourceRight is key to our success as we navigate the evolving market and workplace environment in which we operate. This partnership enables our flexibility in responding the market changes, as well as leveraging market expertise, networks and more.

Our clients needs drive our business needs so to be successful in this role your client focus and ability to proactively advise tactically and strategically across key aspects of Talent Acquisition is fundamental.

**What are you going to do? You will be **
- Driving and inspiring the Talent Acquisition team to achieve great results, continuing to foster our one team approach
- Partnering with Randstad SourceRight, business and HR leaders, to create strategic workforce plans and support our clients needs through proactive talent pools
- Collaborating with our Marketing and Employer branding team to strengthen our value proposition and align talent attraction campaigns to meet needs of teams
- Delivering and optimising regular reporting to HR and ExCo against key success measures
- Uplifting capability of interviewers and hiring managers to recruit the very best diverse talent to ING
- Managing senior / confidential level recruitment and provide coaching and guidance on broader recruitment initiatives

**What are we looking for? Someone who has**
- Proven track record of impactful Talent Acquisition strategic and operational capability
- Strong Team and change leadership experience to support and develop team members
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and presentation capability to senior leader forums including Executive Committee
- Extensive experience as a recruitment professional, ideally within an evolving professional/banking and financial services environment
- The ability to move fluidly and at pace between strategic and operational work
- Strong communication and demonstrated influencing capability with senior leaders across business and HR
- A collaborative approach to proactively identify and solve potential issues and approaching issues with a Risk Management mindset.
