**Leasing Administration Support**
- 12 month Fixed Term Contract

**Your Team**:
The Property Leasing Team provides property Leasing and Management services that support the Banks strategic direction. The Leasing team is responsible for delivering and executing the Lease negotiation strategy for all new and existing Leases across the CBA property portfolio. This portfolio is made up of Leased and Freehold properties including Commercial, Retail, ATM, Residential and Car Park sites. The team also provides extensive Portfolio Management services across the entire portfolio to ensure all Lease term conditions are met.

**Your Role**:
This is a 12 month fixed term contract with the potential for extension. The role of the Leasing Administration Support is to provide day-to-day management of accounts payable and administration tasks. Maintain close liaison with other team members and foster an efficient, harmonious and close working relationship. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Running debtors statements and monitoring account credits
- Reconcile incoming rental tax invoices and statements to ensure discrepancies are accounted for
- Monitor occupancy costs and report discrepancies to Portfolio Management team
- Complete system set-up, activations and ongoing maintenance of property (including rent and outgoing increases, change in lease term, transfer charging changes, vendor changes etc.) ensuring quality and integrity of data in system maintained.
- Process new vendor requests in accordance with Group policies
- Physical and online filing of all finalized lease documentation
- Creation and tracking of invoices for accounts receivable processing
- Assistance with the annual preparation of Outgoing Budgets

**We're interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable
- SAP Property, Manhattan Property or any General Leasing system knowledge preferred but not essential
- Track record of managing strict SLAs to deliver superior outcomes;
- Proven experience managing high volume outcomes;
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Ability to identify continuous process improvements and suggest new innovative work practices and products
