Our client is a successful accounting practice located in the Melbourne CBD. They are seeking an enthusiastic, welcoming and highly organised Receptionist to join their amazing team

**Typical responsibilities may include**:

- Operating switchboard, answering all phone calls on a timely basis & directing as required or taking a message.
- Greeting all persons entering foyer area, providing beverages, co-ordinate catering and end-to-end management of inhouse client luncheons and events
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies, including stationary and kitchen supplies.
- Co-ordinating daily mail and courier services, and maintaining the mail register
- Ensuring reception area is presentable
- Undertaking other duties within the scope of the role as requested by Managers and Directors.

**About you**:

- Excellent time management skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly with Outlook, Word and Excel
- Professional and polished presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Amazing organisational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and willingness to learn
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve quickly
