**Your Key Accountabilities will include**:

- Communicate professionally with a broad range of stakeholders, clients, financial institutions, Interstate/International Law enforcement agencies, external government agencies, Federal government agencies whilst adhering to all Privacy Policies and Procedures.
- Analyse, assess, research and investigate legislation, policies and procedures utilising QPRIME, external agencies and open-source techniques.
- Identify trends within the Cyber Issues Reporting System (CIRS) database and liaise with management and investigators by providing relevant information which is extracted from the CIRS database.
- Identify and manage client needs via effective questioning, negotiation and conflict management.
- Deal with escalated enquiries from internal stakeholders and external clients and determine if further attend is required and/or make referrals to the appropriate areas.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy, providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive client support service.
- Maintain a continuous working knowledge of QPRIME and CIRS. Provide accurate and relevant information whilst adhering to all QPS policies, procedures and legislative requirements when constructing and updating a QPRIME submission.

The successful applicant will be required to undergo psychometric assessment prior to appointment.

The successful applicant may be required to work within any Group/Unit or location within the Brisbane Metropolitan area where Crime & Intelligence Command conducts business.
