Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing calendars.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Promptly handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and communications.

Accurately enter and update data in our systems and databases.

Maintain organised records and files (electronic).

Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors.

Handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information as needed.

Assist in the planning and execution of various education and training projects.

Collaborate with team members to ensure project deliverables are met.

Help prepare project-related documents and materials.

Assist in processing invoices, expense reports, and financial records.

Monitor and report on office expenses and budgets.

Conduct research on industry trends, educational programs, and training resources.

Prepare reports and summaries for internal and external use.

**Salary**: $45,491.18 - $84,908.34 per year
