**About the role**

Take advantage of this brand new exciting role, and become part of an innovative and creative team who are focusing on the Institute of Applied Technology (IAT) Work Integration Program. In the role, you will bring your natural vibrancy and energy to build strong relationships to support students find successful career pathways and enter the workforce job ready.

There may also be wonderful opportunities in the future to be able to travel regionally to expand on supporting customers in the program and further establish your connection with industry partners and valued IAT graduates. This role offers you the chance to stretch yourself, be creative and make a real difference.

**About You**

You will be well supported in this new role, and we are looking for someone who shows a drive and ambition to make a difference with the following attributes:

- Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the technology sector to inform program design, the labour market, current recruitment practices, and challenges facing graduates.
- Demonstrated advanced communication skills and experience in actively engaging a wide range of audiences both in person and virtually.
- A willingness to be able to work some evenings and occasional Saturdays within your 35-hour week to play a key role in attending industry events and delivery.
- An ability to address and meet the focus capabilities as stated in the below position description.
