**The Student Recruitment Manager is responsible for**:

- Contributing to the development of annual marketing strategies, recruitment targets, and budget management, showcasing proficiency in strategic planning and financial oversight.
- Building and managing relationships with agents, the University, and Navitas colleagues, requiring exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Representing Charles Sturt University Sydney at educational events, with strong presentation skills and event management experience.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating lead generation, nurturing, conversion, and referral campaigns, demonstrating expertise in the execution and assessment of marketing initiatives.
- Refining and communicating the University’s unique value proposition in target markets, requiring creative thinking and market analysis skills.
- Developing and assessing student recruitment strategies, promotional activities, and educational offerings in alignment with market demands, highlighting the need for strategic marketing insights and program development acumen.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Holds a Bachelor's degree and possesses extensive experience in higher education recruitment, with comprehensive knowledge of university systems.
- Exhibits advanced interpersonal skills, including exceptional written and verbal communication, alongside proficiency in presentation and negotiation.
- Demonstrates a proven track record in achieving results within a sales or marketing environment, underpinned by the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Displays flexibility and readiness for overseas travel, accommodating work schedules that extend beyond standard office hours.
- Showcases strong organisational capabilities, adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Proficient in English language, ensuring clear and effective communication across diverse international platforms and audiences.
