Hornsby, Australia On-Balance Physiotherapy Full time

On-Balance Physiotherapy is a well established specialised physiotherapy practice treating patients of all age groups providing world class solutions in the management of vertigo, dizziness, headache and migraine. We have 10 physiotherapists over 6 locations.

- Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills

- Flexibility to cover sick and annual leave
- Previous experience in a health care setting will be highly regarded
- Covid-19 vaccination certificate

**You will be responsible for the following**:

- Greeting clients and recording accurate details
- Answering the phone, making calls, taking messages and booking/confirming appointments
- Managing and maintaining accurate client records using the Practice Management Software
- Processing payments through EFTPOS, private health funds and Medicare.
- Patient billing and payment collection
- Managing confidential records
- General housekeeping duties including general tidying of treatment rooms, practice waiting areas, kitchen and replenishing items in these areas
- Supporting allied health professionals with administrative tasks and client care
- Liaising with other health professionals and stake holders as required
- Maintaining a clean environment for both patients and staff
- Various other administrative duties
- Attend staff meetings
- Managing and communicating Covid-Safe practices

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
