**About the role**

If you have a flare for sales coaching and are passionate about travel and hospitality then we have the perfect role for you.

Based in our boutique outbound sales office in Parramatta, we are looking for an engaging assistant manager ready to step up and support the call centre manager.

This is a full-time position where you will train, coach, mentor and motivate the outbound team, under the guidance and support of our call centre manager.

With supportive leadership and a dedicated recruiting & training coordinator, we'll help you build the dream team.

The outbound team work shifts of: 8.30am-12.30pm &/or 1pm-5pm Monday to Friday.

**Summarised responsibilities**
- Provide clear communication, direction, and leadership support to the telesales team & manager
- Provide daily coaching, mentoring, and training for your team
- Implement sales strategies to achieve budget
- Motivate the team to drive a sustainable high-performance culture

**Skills and experience**
- Outbound call centre or sales management experience
- Demonstratable experience motivating individuals to achieve KPI's
- Experience in successfully coaching and training staff to achieve sales performance
- Effective leadership skills
- Promote a positive team culture
- Business results analysis
- Develop action plans to drive performance
- Genuinely passionate about seeing people succeed
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Excellent time management skills
