**The Role**
Due to internal restructure, the role of Assistant Strata Manager has become available in one of the states most notable Strata businesses. This firm is on the lookout for a talented and established strata professional to seamlessly join their already high performing team.

In your role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

- Providing assistance to 2 Strata Managers across a portfolio comprising of 90 buildings
- Regularly liaising with clients and stakeholders
- Managing maintenance and repair work orders as well as contractor management
- Preparation and distribution of documents and reports

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will be an autonomous worker who thrives in a fast paced environment and has the ability to meet deadlines through prioritizing your tasks and efficient working habits.

To be considered for this role, it is essential that you possess the following:

- Excellent administrative skills
- Experience in Strata, 3-5 years (Essential)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Strata legislation
