Looking for a new opportunity to excel and grow? Our client is a leading agency with a highly productive and professional team representing the Lower North Shores Real Estate market.

Currently seeking a dynamic Front Office Manager to join their team, this position will see you being the right-hand man to the Operations Manager.

You'll have the chance to make a real impact Not only will you oversee the smooth day-to-day operations of the office, but you'll also provide essential support to the Sales team.

The Duties:

  • Welcoming and onboarding new team members
  • Efficiently directing calls to the appropriate departments
  • Providing exceptional customer service that leaves a lasting impression
  • Ensuring our meeting rooms are ready to impress clients
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Preparing reports
  • Processing agency agreements
  • Listing properties across various channels
  • Organizing keys for property management
  • Keeping insurance records up to date
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Previous reception or administrative experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Immaculate personal presentation
