This is an opportunity for an Strata Accountant to jump in and work un a professional team across the North Shore & Northern beaches. If you are looking for a role that offers work from home, flexibility (if needed) and LOADS of team lunches, breakfast meetings and a great salary package on offer, then keep on reading
**The Role**:
- General entries
- Reconciliation on a daily and monthly basis
- Payment processing for all trust invoices
- Trust receipting
- Accountable to Trust Accountant Inbox
- Ensure weekly payments and processes
- Roll over year end accounts
- End of financial year accounts review
- Send audited reports to Strata Managers
- Previous experience in Strata accounts is beneficial
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
- Have a high level of computer skills
- The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
