Manager BCM Mortgages, Governance and Reporting

**How will I help?**

In this role you'll be supporting the end-to-end management of the Mortgages risk governance processes, including key risk committees and any related sub-forums, secretariat duties, facilitating the reporting of key risk insights including emerging risks, key risk indicators and risk appetite measures, tracking actions where indicators and measures have exceeded thresholds.

You'll play a leading role in implementing and managing risk management and monitoring obligations in the Mortgages line of business, supporting consistent implementation, and embedding of risk management framework, policies and controls.

Importantly this role will partner with key stakeholders on all matters risk and control, developing pragmatic solutions to risk and control problems through to end to end implementation. **What do I need?**

You bring over 3 years of operational risk or compliance advisory experience. With a strong understanding of risk frameworks, you'll have demonstrable secretariat experience with the ability to facilitate reporting of key risk insights and track actions. Previous experience working with risk committees is an advantage.

You have excellent written and oral communication skills, exceptional planning and organisational abilities, and a strong focus on outcomes. Your ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships will be key, as well as your proactive and organised approach to achieving outcomes.
