**The Role....**

Under the supervision of the Collections Team Leader, your responsibilities will encompass:

- Retrieval of delinquent consumer accounts overdue by 30 days - 90+ days - encompassing telecommunications, financial services, and utility accounts, among others.
- Employing various methods to conduct skip tracing.
- Negotiating and overseeing payment plans.
- Collaborating with diverse internal and external stakeholders to resolve client inquiries.

**You.....**

To excel in this position, you should possess experience in the following domains and demonstrate the subsequent personal attributes:

- A minimum of 12 months' experience in consumer or commercial collections, preferably within a mercantile setting, OR experience gained in a high-volume call centre environment in a customer service capacity.
- Exposure to managing delinquent accounts exceeding 90 days past due is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the capacity to effortlessly establish rapport.
- Proficient negotiation abilities and a strong willingness to work collaboratively with clients to attain favourable outcomes.
