**Selection Criteria**:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
2. Relevant Tertiary qualifications in the field, and or equivalent work experience, in the Intensive Care Unit or Critical Care environment.
3. Demonstrated high level analytical and problem solving skills including the ability to negotiate and communicate with relevant internal and external stakeholders.
4. Demonstrated high level understanding of technical components, data management and security relating to clinical information systems in a critical care environment.
5. Demonstrated highly developed oral and written communication skills. Ability to prioritise, multi-task and working creatively to achieve business goals/project delivery on time and within budget.
6. Demonstrated experience in change management and the implementation of clinical systems with high level knowledge of project management methodologies and the system development life cycle.
7. Demonstrated high level knowledge of critical care workflows, models of care and governance of clinical information system solutions to improve outcomes.
8. Demonstrated experience in education and training with excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to instruct and support staff in the use of technologies.
