**About the position**:
We are excited to be expanding our team and are now seeking an enthusiastic Project Management Support Officer to join our positive and motivated Major Projects team. The team is responsible for managing and coordinating the delivery of a wide range of building and civil engineering projects involving the construction of Council’s assets.

You will use your skills from a project management background to work closely with the team to contribute and assist with:

- The delivery of Council’s annual capital projects program.
- Monitoring financial performance, timeliness, safety, quality and environmental performance of all works undertaken.
- Development, implementation and management of the Quality Management System for the Infrastructure and Works Directorate.

**Selection Criteria -**
- Completion of a Certificate IV level qualification in Project Management/Contract Administration and/or have practical experience working in the building and/or civil construction industry? Please outline how your qualification or practical experience is relevant to this position.
- Tell us about your ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks within strict deadlines and deliver identified outcomes.
- Please outline your ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships in a fast-paced team environment.
- Outline your experience in complying with and monitoring Quality Management Systems in a project management setting.
