Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a dynamic organisation's procurement operations?

Our client is in the process of revolutionising their procurement operations with the introduction of procurement system. Our client is seeking a dedicated professional to lead the adoption of this transformative system across their organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the adoption of the procurement system across the organisation.
- Draft and communicate new policies and procedures related to the procurement process.
- Develop training modules to facilitate the seamless onboarding of future staff.
- Collaborate with PowerBI specialists to refine procurement reports.
- Provide project administration support, including the development of implementation and growth plans.

**Skills, Experience and Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in procurement operations.
- Familiarity with procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, or Coupa.
- Ability to understand and articulate procurement-related terminology and concepts.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
- Systems savvy.
