This role will be based in The Gap, and does require working from the office.

**About the Role**

Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager/Coordinator to join their team.

Your responsibility will be to coordinate, design and promote marketing campaigns for 13 retail businesses with the aim of growing revenue and foot traffic to a busy shopping centre.

The role will involve:

- Coordinating and promoting events
- Event management
- Creation of marketing plans and materials
- Implementing marketing plans
- Market research
- Marketing via social media including Facebook, Instagram and the website
- Monthly reporting

**About You**

We are looking for a polished, personable and passionate Marketing Manager/Coordinator who is creative, friendly, a strong influencer and has expert skills in high level communication.

This role will suit a can-do person with a strong team player focus, who can hit the ground running.

Our client is looking for the following key skills:

- Marketing qualifications, min Cert IV
- At least 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong experience creating marketing campaigns and event management
- Experience with retail store marketing will be highly regarded, but is not essential
- Strong experience with social media management
- High level communicator, both written and verbal
- A sound ability to gently influence stakeholders
- A pleasant and tactful demeanour
- Strong copywriting and design abilities
- A high level of dedication and self motivation
