Strategy Manager, Paramount Brand Studios

What’s more, you’ll find all these great shows (and more) on our free-to-air channels (10, 10 Bold, 10 Peach, Nickelodeon), our digital platform 10 Play that also includes a vast array of Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV known as FAST (including numerous MTV and Nickelodeon channels), and our subscription video on demand service Paramount+.
**Functions will include**:
- Leading proactive and reactive responses nationally alongside the Sales team
- Ownership of story thread within all responses, ensuring ideas ladder back to one insight/approach, as well as ensuring responses are at a Paramount standard
- End-to-end ownership of deck completion within time frame, managing internal catch-ups, rehearsal and final presentation flow
- Identifying new assets/products/IP opportunities within the business and matching these with clients to present proactive ideas
- Working across the business with key stakeholders including Sales, Programming, Creative to prepare and execute internal go-to-market documents
- Immersing yourself in culture, media and people trends that uncover unique opportunities for our clients
**What are we looking for in a Strategy Manager? What's important?**
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role, working within the ad/creative agency or broadcasting space
- Ability to distil complex challenges into simple ideas and experienced in connecting ideas cross-media
- Able to identify research trends and analyse data
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills, time management skills and confidence to prioritise workflow
- Keen attention to detail, with strong organisations skills
- Experienced in the development and communication of an idea and able to build a compelling creative story
- Confident presenter, rigorously championing the way in which we pitch ideas

This is a **_junior-mid level role_** that offers a great opportunity for someone to learn from a very successful and experienced team.
