**What’s the gig?**

You're obsessed about ensuring customers expectations are exceeded, that means at times, you'd even jump on to help handle customer enquiries. You are empowered to make day-to-day decisions and trade-offs to achieve our quest. You ensure my squad is aligned and team members are clear on what's important and where we need to prioritise our efforts. You can build an inclusive and supportive culture and uphold the values of ahm. How you show up reflects on your team and you ensure you encourage a one team philosophy where all team members are engaged and feel connected to our quest.
