We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital & eBusiness Manager to join the passionate Nestlé Health Science (NHSc) team. This position will lead the development and execution of the digital strategy and tactical plan for NHS Oceania, in close collaboration with Marketing Leads, Medical Affairs and Sales teams. It will lead the development of digital initiatives (campaigns, tactics and programs) and drive implementation by collaborating with Cross Functional teams.

**A day in the life**

Reporting to the Business Executive Officer, Nestle Health Science, key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

- Own the overall NHSc Digital and e-Business strategy, and partner with relevant stakeholders to develop Digital components of Marketing Plans and Initiatives.
- Design and execute Digital marketing strategy aligned with global guidelines and best practices to ensure brand consistency in driving awareness and generating online sales.
- Execute powerful digital initiatives and programmes including website development, campaigns leveraging digital media, eCRM, advocacy etc driving SEO, SEM and paid media strategy and execution maximizing returns through paid and unpaid media.
- Accelerate e-Commerce for the NHSc portfolio in Oceania, working with relevant sales team and personnel to structure and further e-Commerce partnerships and uplift sales.
- Work with the global and local team to incorporate best practices and guidance into digital strategies/programmes for both Medical Nutrition and Consumer Care brands.
- Drive continuous improvement in content and demand generation.
- Be the key point of contact for all brand owned digital assets (social channels, websites etc).
- Set up digital marketing and e-Commerce operating protocols.
- Ensure all digital activities are compliant with Nestle guidelines and Australia / New Zealand legal requirements.

**What will make you successful**
- Joining a collaborative team of Specialists, you will be a strong team player with a history of delivering results in a high pressure and dynamic environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing and Brand Communications role, ideally within a large FMCG company Or in an agency managing multinational FMCG or consumer brand companies.
- Understanding of use of best practice digital marketing tools and services and well versed in digital media basics - planning, buying and integration.
- Well-versed in the trends and innovations within the digital marketing realm and able to bring relevant insights and best practices to the business.
- Very strong analytical, numerical and planning skills.
- Ability to present information and communicate effectively with a variety of teams and individuals from different cultures and nationalities.
- Ability to manage and work closely with media and digital agencies and understand basic technical/digital speak.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and build strong internal and external relationships.
- Ability to influence at all levels of the organisation/company.
- Strong project management experience a plus; ability to multi-task well with multiple projects and deadlines required.
- Understanding and ability to edit the Drupal platform will be advantageous.
