**The Opportunity**
As the Office & Facilities Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring a dynamic and positive workplace experience at our North Strathfield office. Acting as the go-to person for all things related to facilities and building services, you'll coordinate various tasks to keep our office environment running smoothly and efficiently
**The Accountabilities**
- Act as the main contact for all building services and facilities-related matters at our North Strathfield office.
- Tackle administrative tasks linked to facilities and building services, ensuring records and compliance documentation are up to date.
- Take charge of the facilities inbox, promptly addressing and resolving queries to maintain top-notch service.
- Collaborate with reception for seamless ordering and stock replenishment, ensuring all necessary supplies are readily available for our daily operations.
- Ensure the effective management of access control, monitoring, and card/key systems, creating a secure and safe office environment.

- Professional demeanour, advanced communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong problem-solving abilities, a proactive attitude, and a forward-thinking approach.
- A natural inclination for learning and adapting to new technologies, ensuring efficient use of digital platforms integral to the role.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a passion for change and high accountability with proven administrative experience, showcasing organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability; comfortable navigating in ambiguous situations.
