**About the Job**

The Contract Manager supporting Oracle Consulting ANZ will be responsible for end-to-end Contracting process and will manage a range of complex and large Contracts, ensuring timely closure and the right outcomes for our Customers and Oracle. You will be an expert in prioritizing activities, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to get to a deal close plan. You will be responsible for the most complex and strategic deals in the region and will be comfortable to work on unknown areas and advise workable solutions to Sales.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Review deal structure, contract terms and conditions best aligning to Sales strategy, Oracle’s Policy, and Customer needs. Highlight risks and advise workable alternatives to Sales team.
- Lead and facilitate the resolution of all potential contracts related questions or concerns with Sales and functional stakeholders like Legal, Rev-Rec, Deal Management, and Business Practices
- Manage the deal plan, facilitate involvement and commitment from all parties until the contracting process has concluded
- Alert Sales in advance if any challenges
- Assist Sales to write Executive Summaries
- Drive all internal negotiations to successfully conclude a deal
- Ensure accuracy, smooth approval process, and timely release of all assigned contracts
- University degree with legal and/or business background
- 5-7 years’ experience in reviewing, drafting, and analysing broad range of Contracts
- Customer centricity attitude and ability to drive discussions with multiple stakeholders and get the desired outcome
- Ability to work effectively under time critical deadlines
- Conflict management skills in a technology sales or consulting environment with ability to work well with multiple organizations and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Strong Project Management skills
- Knowledge of Oracle’s products and services, business practices, and contract policies desired
